Shortlisted candidates are interviewed through face to face, skype etc.

Filtering done by recruiter on basis of job role fitment, communication skills, enthusiasm

Final shortlisting done by Team manager / Vertical head

Shortlisted CVS sent to client

Shortlisting given by client

Interview coordination and scheduling

Compensation, date of joining negotiation
